Bun + Oven is a unique option of support and education for your pregnancy. Continuity of care is a known benefit in pregnancy to ensure women feel safe, heard and empowered. Bun + Oven compliments your model of care provider by offering that familiar face and a community in which to gain appropriate and tailored information.

Each group meets 8 times throughout the pregnancy from an earlier gestation to help ease those fresh unknowns and anxieties through to education about anticipations of labour and birth and taking a newborn home. Once all women have birthed we meet in the postnatal period to help debrief and share in the joy of motherhood.
